Useful in the case of mimicking the effect of smoke from a forest fire, that is required to break the natural dormancy of some but not all species of Australian, carnivorous sundew seeds.

NB Do not use on ordinary seed, it will make the seedlings grow so fast they kill themselves from exhaustion.
