1: Depending on the plants producing gemmae, the swap will start late October and finish at the end of January

2: Please let us know as soon as possible what gemmae you have to offer so we can start the list on the web site. Contact here.

3: There is no limit on how many times you can use the swap. You can swap one for one or buy gemmae at £1.50 a packet. You may also just donate gemmae. All money raised will go to both The Seed Bank & Conservation Funds.

4: Postage must be paid for with each order. Please send a first class self addressed envelope with your completed order form.

5: Please note that postage costs have changed within the UK.So due to the fact that the gemmae require protection from the postal service machines e.g ‘bubblewrap’, all letters will be classed as a ‘Large Letter’. So would everybody using the swap shop please make sure that a ‘Large First Class Stamp’ is used minimum postage cost 44p (for up to 100g). And please remember to add some bubblewrap to pack the gemmae in too.

6: Check the web site for the updated list of gemmae in the swap.

Always use this application form for swaps and donations. Please print your completed form and post with an SAE to the gemmae swap manager (the address is on the form).
