The BBC Gardeners World Live Show
at the NEC Birmingham on June 11th to 15th 2003
The Carnivorous Plant Society will be exhibiting at this year's BBC Gardeners World Live Show, which is held in June at the NEC in Birmingham. BBC Gardeners' World Live first opened its doors back in 1993 and The Carnivorous Plant Society has exhibited at this leading national gardening show for a number of years. We have won several awards for our stands at this event and also at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. This event is different from the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, in as much as the stands can be a little more open to design and interpretation. Our Gardeners World Live display stand has been designed and will be assembled and manned by Derek Petrie, our NEC Show Secretary. Some keen volunteers from our membership will assist him. Members have also grown all the plants for the display. If you would like to help man the Stand at the NEC, please click here to contact Derek. The stands at both the Gardeners World Live and Chelsea Flower Shows are a great way of promoting the Society and Carnivorous Plants to the public. If you visit the shows and see the Society's stand, please stop and say Hello. Maybe you would like to ask us some questions, or perhaps join the Society? The Society sells seeds, leaflets, T- shirts and membership packages to help boost our funds. Below you will see some photos of previous shows.
