Page 2 of 2 "Kathleen Pottinger Memorial Trophy"This trophy is awarded to the entrant, who (in the opinion of the judges) has grown the 'Best Plant'. This plant does not neccessarily have to be rare or even difficult to grow. The competition is held annually at Paul Mckeown's Open Day - so have a go next year - you never know, you might win! The Judges are all committee members that are at the meeting that day. 
The 2004 winner was Steve Taverner with his impressive Pinguicula gypsicola. 
The 2003 winner was Nigel Hewitt-Cooper with his impressive Drosera graminifolia.
